Heaven-Leigh Pamper Parties provide a service to our clients to prepare and organise parties for a
pre-arranged amount of guests at the client’s home or where required at other suitable venues for a set time of 1.5hours.
We take bookings by e-mail or on our online form, bookings must be confirmed within 3 days, by paying a deposit of £40. Which is banked and deducted from the total price of the party. We reserve the right to book another party over the preliminary booking period if the deposit has not been paid within the timescale required. The Final balance is payable in cash on the day of the party before the party commences OR if you wish to pay via paypal it must be sent and cleared 48 hours before the party date. All bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit and PDF invites and PDF consent form will be also sent at this point.
Should Heaven-leigh Pamper Parties have to cancel any bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of any deposits or paypal payments paid will be given.. Should clients wish to cancel a party, the deposit will not be refunded although we will try to accommodate an alternative date for a party where possible.
Parents or guardians will need to complete a consent form for each child attending a party, which must be returned to the host prior to or on the day of the party. PDF Consent forms will be issued at the same time as PDF invites upon receipt of deposit. All personal information will be held on file for 1 year for sole use of Heaven-leigh Pamper Parties and will not be disclosed to any third parties. Heaven-Leigh Pamper Parties reserve the right to refuse treatments to any child whose parent/ guardian has not signed the aforementioned consent form. Heaven-Leigh Pamper Parties reserve the right to refuse treatments to any additional children who attend the party and are not included in the pre arranged guest numbers.
Heaven-leigh pamper parties hold public liability insurance and tries to ensure the safety
of all party guests as far as possible. We only use high quality products and follow strict hygiene routines with disposable makeup applicators . Liability cannot be taken for reactions or injury sustained whilst attending a party or thereafter. All allergies, ailments, infestations or viruses of guests or clients, which may affect the party in any way, MUST be reported prior to the party date or on the consent form. We cannot accept ANY liability for events outside the company’s control to include hazards/ dangers within the home or chosen venue. A table covering which is plastic is advised cover any tables or carpeted areas that we use. This should be covered before our arrival.
We will not take responsibility for any damage to any furniture that has not been covered.
